Teak Corner Table with Painted Tiles

Every room has that awkward corner. This is what goes in it.

The back gallery is cut in a scalloped crest and framed by turned spindles, with two painted tiles set at eye level — indigo and rust floral medallions, each one done by hand. A third tile sits on the lower rail, easy to miss until you're close.

The top is a smooth quarter-round with a raised lip. Below it, a curved drawer with a brass rosette pull holds keys, letters, a phone charger. A row of turned balusters runs beneath, opening onto a slatted lower shelf on a carved scroll bracket.

Four turned legs finish on bun feet. Solid teak throughout, polished to bring out the grain.
